Manage FZ Works Membership

Door Access

  1. Download our CoWorking Management App Proximity using the following link: https://www.proximity.space/apps/

  2. Log in to your Proximity account

  3. At the top of the stairs, use My Keys - Member Access to unlock the door. 


Reserving Rooms

  1. Reserving the conference rooms, quiet rooms, and podcasting rooms can all be done from the Proximity app!

  2. Click Reservations - Reserve Now


Large Conference Room Details: 

 Conference room users will have access to coffee and beverages, as well as private bathrooms. 

  • Renter must sign up as a Community Member on FZ Works website.

  • Renter must add payment method and purchase a Day Pass for each visit (unless already a punch pass member). 

  • The renter will be responsible for helping his/her/their team throughout the visit, as well as giving them access to the front door. 

  • Only the renter will have a virtual key that will unlock the door. 

  • Renters may use the space for the reserved time and will be charged for any time that extends that reservation. 

  • Renters may reserve the space on a recurring basis (up to 90 days in advance).

  • If Guests want to extend their stay on the day of the reservation, they can use the open space by purchasing a Day Pass.
